Royal Visit Success for Lincolnshire Wolds RDA
On 3rd February 2017, Lincolnshire Wolds RDA Group celebrated the success of 45th year alongside the President of Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), HRH The Princess Royal to raise the profile of RDA following the Royal Visit at the Lincolnshire Rural Activities Centre in Louth.
Two of our talented Para Showjumpers, Evie and Floosie who both were privleged and excited to perform in front of Princess Anne following the success of their RDA Showjumping success and a great display including RDA Riding and Driving. Ed Bracher of RDA & Clarissa Howkins, our Regional Chairman who attended the event with the guests and riders & supporters by supporting its the achievements particularly in Riding & Driving.
Our Lincolnshire County Coach, Sam Peck commented on the visit: "A wonderful day to have been involved in, much love to all everyone that participated!"
Lincolnshire Wolds RDA members, Liz Marshall, Barbara Baldock, Janette Jones, Binny Campion and Kerry Lister, were presented with long service awards by the Princess and Trish Rice was handed the president's award.
