North Midlands RDA Regional Countryside Challenge Qualifier

Warm-up
With the exception of the times below, the indoor arena will be available only for RDA riders to warm up
Non-RDA riders will be able to use the indoor arena at the following times:
9.30-10am
Course Walk
Horses can be walked around the edge of the outdoor arena at the following times:
9.30-10am
Horses must not be walked through the Countryside Challenge obstacles.
Additional Information
A representative from each RDA group must report to the secretary adjacent to the Indoor Arena on arrival at Scropton RDA.
All riders must have their hat tagged prior to mounting.
All competitors must declare to the ring steward 15 mins before their start time and be ready to compete 5 mins before their start time. Failure to do this may result in elimination.
On the day
Hot & cold drinks, sandwiches & snacks will be available throughout the event.
A photographer will be on site throughout the competition
There will be a horsecare and knowledge quiz taking place throughout the event. Riders are invited to have a go to earn a rosette
Entries to the regional Arts & Crafts competition will be on display on the day.
Presentations
There will be a presentation for all Countryside Challenge and Art & Craft classes at approximately 2.25pm
Parking
Lorry & Trailer parking will be in a specified area of the Car Park
Parking for other vehicles will be in the remainder of the car park and (subject to weather) the adjacent paddock. If the paddock cannot be used, please park close together to ensure everyone can fit in the car park.
Day Stables
Day Stables are available for visiting horses at £10 each. Please contact glynis@scropton.com
